We try simply to cover the basic media of pencil, charcoal, pastel, watercolor, and acrylics, depending on the session, but we keep it interesting. For instance, perspective might be taught by having students design their own comic books. Also, art may often help to design and paint sets for various activities and drama productions and provide graphics and artwork for the camp newspaper-literary magazine.
